To receive a quote or place an order, please fill out this quote form or send information about your request to: A sales associate will respond and guide you through the process. Once you have signed off on the order and provided a deposit, we will send you an order confirmation with an estimated time of arrival. How does delivery work?

Your order confirmation will include a status about a preliminary delivery time. Once the order has shipped from Scandinavia, our team will contact you to coordinate the final delivery date and time. For delivery purposes, please provide any specific dates that may affect delivery scheduling (e.g., special events, renovations, end of lease, planned office move, etc.). and any site limitations that may affect delivery (e.g., union building, strict building delivery times, elevator/stairwell issues, dock availability, etc.).

Where do we ship to?

We ship to the United States and Canada. 


Lead times vary depending on the product line. Please contact us for exact details regarding what you are looking for. Average lead time is 8–12 weeks (including production and transit time). Lead time increases slightly during July and December due to Scandinavian holidays. Whenever possible, we encourage you to order early to lessen any impact of occasional delays that accompany imported products. Expedited transit may be available at additional cost.

Can I do C.O.M. (Customer’s Own Material)?

We recommend selecting from our manufacturers’ wide collection of “graded-in” fabrics to ensure the highest quality outcome with the shortest lead-times. However, most of our manufacturers accept C.O.M. If the C.O.M. fabric is unknown to the manufacturer, we kindly request that you send a sample directly to the manufacturer for testing and approval, and will gladly assist you in this process. Please note that all shipping costs associated with C.O.M. fabrics will be at the customer’s own cost. 


Our warranties cover manufacturer defects for three years, depending on the manufacturer policy. Products that have been specifically adapted to meet individual customer requirements are covered for one year. Extended warranty coverage may be available at additional cost.
